The keys of the A-49 have rounded edges for a particularly sensitive response to playing technique and comfortable glissandi. The already exceptionally low mechanical noise has been reduced even further, with particular emphasis placed on a wobble-free suspension of the keys. The result is a keyboard that will delight even the most demanding professionals. Add colour to your sound and that certain something to your performance by controlling parameters with hand movements over the invisible D-Beam. The A-49 is capable of automatically assigning all its controllers to optimally control an external SuperNATURA sound module such as the INTEGRA-7. It is also ideal as a second keyboard for SuperNATURAL synthesisers such as the JUPITER-80 or -50. The A-49 is designed for mobile music. It is robust and surprisingly light (less than 2.5 kg), which makes it particularly easy to transport. Despite its compact design, it has a 49-key, velocity-sensitive full-format premium keyboard. As a particularly practical portable MIDI keyboard, the A-49 is powered via USB, so there is no need for an additional mains adapter or cable. It impresses with its minimal power consumption. The A-49 has recessed connections on the back, making it ideal for positioning in front of a computer monitor. Two controls, two buttons and the D-beam are intelligently arranged for direct access and perfect workflow. Special octave buttons are available to extend the keyboard range. There is also a transpose button for transposing in semitone steps. LED displays provide a direct overview of the octave/transpose settings. Other settings are made using the Function button, which can be used to activate other functions printed above the keyboard. Many musicians have started to record musical ideas with the iPad. In contrast to conventional MIDI keyboards with small keys, the A-49 offers an optimum combination of compactness and a professional keyboard for demanding musicians.
