The legendary BOSS DD-3 Digital Delay with its great sound and ease of use has been an integral part of countless pedalboards since 1986. The DD-3T takes the classic floor pedal into the modern age and combines the original sound quality and ease of use with significantly enhanced functionality. From now on, you can tap in the delay tempo via the integrated pedal switch as well as via an external footswitch and choose from three note subdivisions. In addition, the direct output is now located directly next to the main output and allows more convenient cabling for wet/dry setups. The DD-3 has been in continuous production for more than three decades and is the ultimate floor pedal delay for countless musicians. Based on the DD-2 - the world's first digital delay pedal from 1983 - the DD-3 is particularly appreciated for its warm, round delay sound and ease of use, allowing sounds to be created in no time at all. The DD-3T has the same circuit design and identical knob and switch assignment as the DD-3 and reproduces the classic vibe of the original down to the last detail. One of the key enhancements of the DD-3T is the tap tempo function, which can be used to create rhythmic delay effects that form the cornerstone of numerous guitar styles. By holding down the pedal button for two seconds in delay mode, you can switch between bypass and tap control. To access the tap input at any time, all you need to do is connect an external footswitch. As soon as the DD-3T registers a tap input, delay times of up to 800 ms are available. You can also use the mode control to further subdivide the notes (quarter triplets, dotted quavers or quarters).
