Pathogens are invisible. We are often exposed to them without even realising it. Or can you say for certain where you caught your last cold or flu? Washing your hands frequently and coughing or sneezing into your elbow are important preventative measures. An additional aid: a so-called face mask, which covers the mouth and nose. During the 2020 coronavirus crisis, virologists and doctors also recommended this protection for members of the public. We’ll show you what a face mask is designed to do and how the ArtwizzCare disposable masks provide protection.

The ArtwizzCare disposable mask is a blue face mask made from three-layer non-woven fabric that covers the chin, mouth and nose. The outer layer of the mask is water-resistant, so droplets do not penetrate too quickly. The innermost layer is particularly gentle on the skin, significantly improving comfort. The mask must fit snugly against the face using the two ear loops on either side to provide optimum protection. Special dimensions are therefore required to ensure a perfect fit for smaller children’s heads. Instead of the standard dimensions of our adult masks (170 x 90 mm), the children’s masks are adapted to smaller faces (145 x 90 mm).
