The CHIRP Wheel Plus, with a diameter of 25.4 cm (10 inches), offers a combination of firm massage and soothing stretching for the entire back. With a contact surface only approx. 5 cm wide, it fits perfectly between the shoulder blades and applies targeted pressure to the back and core muscles without pressing on the vertebrae themselves.
The patented spinal canal ensures that pressure is relieved from the spine, whilst the surrounding muscles are intensively massaged and mobilised. Regular use can help to reduce back pain, improve posture and increase the mobility of the spine.

Instructions for use
• Sit on the floor, position the CHIRP Wheel Plus centrally along your spine and roll slowly forwards and backwards.
• For a gentler intensity, the wheel can initially be used against a wall or whilst seated in a chair.
• Start with short sessions and gradually increase the duration; seek medical advice beforehand if you experience severe pain or have any pre-existing conditions.
