This is the "homee Brain Cube", it is the centrepiece of your smart home. This means that however you want to control your home and whichever devices you use, you will always need the Brain Cube. You can already use it to control many popular smart home devices that are in your network and connect them with each other in small programmes known as homeegrams. With the homee Brain Cube, you can connect the following smart home devices and control them via smartphone or your voice: AVM FRITZ! sockets and radiator thermostats, NUKI door locks, Belkin WeMo devices, netamto weather station, various HomeMatic devices (via CCU2), ... and many more. homee, the modular smart home centre "speaks" all common wireless protocols. 100% future-proof and expandable according to your own requirements. Use your smartphone to switch the light on or off, control the room temperature with voice commands or receive an instant message if the smoke detector sounds the alarm. With the smart cubes, you get more security, cosiness and efficiency in your own four walls without any compatibility problems or annoying cable clutter. Thanks to the coloured, smart expansion modules, you can ensure that each of your devices can communicate with each other, regardless of the respective wireless protocol and across manufacturers. The special thing about homee is the cube principle: the lowest, white cube - the Brain Cube - is the control centre and the heart of homee. It collects all the information and forwards it to your smartphone. The Brain Cube can be expanded with the other cubes in purple, turquoise and orange. Each of these coloured cubes supports a different wireless technology: Z-Wave, EnOcean and ZigBee. This means that homee can communicate with devices from a wide range of manufacturers in your home across different wireless protocols and manufacturers. homee offers the opportunity to start small and gradually expand your home. Nobody dictates how you want to use your smart home and it stands for absolute flexibility. This also means that no fundamental changes to your home are necessary and homee is also ideal for tenants to upgrade to a smart home. Thanks to the homee app, your home is always just a click away. You can control your devices individually, in groups or by voice using the Echo. With intelligent programmes (so-called homeegrams), you can let things run completely automatically in everyday life: for example, the light switches on automatically when you enter the room, the blinds open after sunrise or the heating is turned down when you open the window to ventilate. These small programmes, which you can create independently in the app, work using a simple IF/THEN principle. This means that you select one (or more) triggers and tell homee what the trigger should do, i.e. what should happen.
