A USB-C hub that combines both the old USB-A (USB 3.0) and the new USB-C ports (5 Gbit/s) in a slim aluminium housing. There are 4 x USB-A and 3 x USB-C ports with data transfer speeds of up to 5 Gbit/s available. The LMP USB-C 7 port hub is supported by a powerful 36W wall charger so that your peripherals are not only connected but also supplied with power at the same time. You can supply your iPhone or iPad with up to 7.5W via the 1.5 amp ports or synchronise their content. A circuit diagram on the back of the hub gives you an insight into the power distribution between the ports so that heavy current consumers can be connected to the correct ports. Using the hub without the wall charger (host powered) is possible, but only with limited use of the ports due to power restrictions. Power delivery (pass-through current to the host) is not possible. The LMP USB-C 7 Port Hub does not support DP Altmode. It is therefore not possible to use a video adapter on one of its ports. By using a USB-C (f) to USB-A (m) adapter (not included), it can also be used on older Macs with USB 3.0 ports. Simply connect the LMP USB-C 7 Port Hub to the USB-C (Thunderbolt 3) port of your computer (Plug&Play, no driver required) and you will never have to worry about connecting your numerous USB peripherals again.
