On the included XL Sizzle grill plate, you can cook up to 10 salmon fillets or chicken breast fillets with authentic grill marks. Or switch to the XL Plancha to cook up to 8 pancakes, 8 eggs or 10 slices of bacon for a big family breakfast. Authentic searing, grilling and cooking at high temperatures: The heat can be adjusted from 120 to 260 °C to add the finishing touches to smash burgers, fajitas, grilled flatbread, fish and much more.

Grill / Flat Plate (Plancha) mode: Use the dial to switch between the Low, Medium and High settings for versatile grilling, searing, roasting and more.

Custom temperature mode: Select a specific temperature using the dial. The ProTemp iQ preheat indicator shows you on the control panel when the selected temperature has been reached.
