Roland presents the AC-33, an extremely small and lightweight (4.7 kg) acoustic amplifier that offers fantastic stereo sound and can be operated for eight hours with just eight small AA batteries! This is the world's first acoustic amplifier that uses normal AA batteries instead of heavy rechargeable batteries or large batteries, and it boasts many other features: Looper with overdubs, two channels, anti-feedback against feedback, digital effects and a folding bracket for tilting. The AC-33 rounds off the very successful Roland acoustic amp series with the AC-60 and AC-90 at the bottom end - for musicians who want an even smaller amp and want to play EVERYWHERE. Thanks to Roland's DSP technology, the AC-33 delivers a clear, rich acoustic sound with a sound pressure that you wouldn't expect from its size. It is designed in stereo (2 x 15 W) and offers a brilliant stereo multi-band chorus or "wide" mode as well as a stereo reverb and stereo ambience room simulations, specially tuned to acoustic instruments. The AC-33 has two separate channels: Guitar and Mic/Line. Both channels have their own controls for volume, multiband EQ and chorus. The mic/line channel offers both XLR and jack inputs. It is also possible to connect MP3 or CD players to the two stereo aux inputs to play or practice to your favourite music. Master volume, reverb, ambience and anti-feedback round off the extensive features. With the AC-33's built-in looper, you can loop and layer self-recorded chord progressions or vocals, as well as audio material input via the aux inputs. Loops up to 40 seconds long with endless overdubs are possible.
