The SwitchBot Contact Sensor consists of two parts that you can easily attach to doors, windows or other objects. They detect movement within a range of up to 5 metres, 90° horizontally and 55° vertically, and notify you immediately upon detection. Simply align the magnetic strip on the main body of the SwitchBot Contact Sensor, and you’re ready to go

Quick and easy to install: just unpack it, insert the battery, stick it in place and connect it to the Switch Hub. The SwitchBot Contact Sensor is then installed in your home and ready to use. The whole process takes just a few minutes and is incredibly easy to carry out.

Can be used almost anywhere: The SwitchBot Contact Sensor is designed for mounting on doors and windows. But of course, you can also mount this smart sensor anywhere else. For example, on an important drawer or on a fridge. This turns a single device into a multifunctional one. Monitor the status of your window, door, drawer, fridge or other objects and react quickly in an emergency.

Simply open the smartphone app and check the activity status of your smart door and window sensor.
