You can easily add products from other brands in the home appliance range – such as air conditioners, TVs, DVD players and much more – to your Universal Remote.

Nearly 100,000 remote control models are now supported, thanks to a reliable infrared code library used by 1 million users. Even if you’ve lost your old remote control, you can search for brand and model directly in our app to pair it. (SwitchBot Hub required for online access to the IR library and synchronisation).

User-friendly design: With just 19 simple buttons and our touchwheel for quickly switching between devices or adjusting volume and channels, operation is a breeze. The buttons are clearly labelled, generously sized and easy to press. The compact Universal Remote, with its easily accessible buttons, is comfortable to use with one hand. Also suitable for older people and children.

No network connection required: Once set up, you can control all your devices even without an internet connection. The Universal Remote features a ‘Find My Remote’ function in our app, which allows you to make your device ring if it’s lost. (Scenes require a hub and network connection)

Up to 150 days’ battery life: The SwitchBot Universal Remote has a 2000 mAh battery that only needs recharging every 150 days. This means you can enjoy worry-free use. The device’s buttons are clearly laid out, generously sized and easy to press. It is also extremely robust and offers a long service life with up to 100,000 button presses.

Supports Matter with Hub 2: With Matter, you can use the SwitchBot Universal Remote alongside other smart home brands in Apple Home, allowing you to control your entire smart home system seamlessly.
