If you have the UltrahumanX 1-year warranty, your standard warranty is extended to cover accidental damage to the Ultrahuman Ring AIR and M1.

- Protection against theft and loss:
If you lose your ring, you can apply for a replacement if you are eligible. This applies if you have purchased the UltrahumanX 2-year insurance plan together with the ring or separately within 30 days of your ring order. Simply contact the support team and confirm the theft or loss with supporting documentation.

- Insurance cover for weight loss:
If you lose weight, you can exchange your Ultrahuman Ring AIR for a smaller size once during your subscription term. This will ensure that your ring fits perfectly as you progress.
